Our approx. 50 square metre holiday flat is a granny flat with a large living-dining-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. It is quietly located to the side of the main house. The car parking space is located directly in front of the door. The flat is barrier-free and accessible via a ramp.

The apartment is equipped for 2 people as standard, but can be occupied by 3 people as it also has a sofa bed.

Enjoy your first coffee or tea of the morning in our cosy armchairs directly in front of the flat. From here you can experience the sunrise over the Schneifel.

Auw near Prüm is the ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes in the northern Eifel, the Ourtal and the Schneifel.

Rental prices

• The rental price of our apartment is 72,50 € / day for an occupancy of 2 persons, regardless of the season.
• For occupancy by a third person there is a surcharge of 15 € / day.
• Minimum rental period is 2 days
• One-off final cleaning charge of €50
• We grant a discount on the total rental price for bookings of more than 9 days.

Barrier-free

• The flat is barrier-free: it has a ramp in front of the front door and only one step of 8 cm inside to the bedroom. Otherwise it is completely at ground level and meets the requirements for barrier-free holidays.
